BUGUNDEN SONRA TIRMANIS HABERLERI ICIN / UPDATES FROM THE EXPEDITION AFTER TODAY

Bugunden sonra duzenli Internet baglantim olamayacak, elimdeki uydu aleti (IridiumGO) ile de cok kisa bilgiler gonderebilecegim, yani umut ediyorum. Ayrica, gercek zamanli konum bilgimi de bu SPOT linkinden takip edebilirsiniz. Her 10 dakikada bir konum bilgisi takip ettigimiz guzergah uzerinden size gonderilecek. OK gordugunuz her nokta da, kamp icin konakladigimiz noktalari ifade edecek. Ana kamptan once 4 tane kamp yapacagiz.

Bana bol sans dileyin, dualarinizi eksik etmeyin!

I won't have regular Internet access after today. I'll be hopefully able to send short updates through my Sat device (IridiumGO). Also, you'll be able to follow my real time location info every 10 minutes through my SPOT Tracker link. The spots that you see an OK message will be our camp sites. There will be 5 of them - the last one will be the base camp.

I am Professor of Marketing at San Francisco State University. 7-SUMMITS PROJECT

I have been climbing the highest mountains on every geographical continent, known as 7-Summits:

1. Asia - Everest, 8848m

2. South America - Aconcagua, 6962m

3. North America - McKinley, 6195m

4. Africa - Kilimanjaro, 5963m

5. Europe - Elbrus, 5642m

6. Oceania - Carstenz, 4484m

7. Antarctica - Vinson, 4897m

(& Australia - Kosciusko, 2228m)

Carstenz Peak is the real 7th summit with Oceania as the real continent but I keep Kosciusko in my list as well, which was part of the old list. I have already climbed 6 of them (in bold). Read its short story in Skylife Magazine of Turkish Airlines, November 2015.
